SortedGTM is a fractional GTM engineering consultancy. This policy covers data collected through sortedgtm.com and any related communications.

What we collect

Contact form & newsletter

Name and email address when you submit a contact form or sign up for the newsletter. Used to respond to your enquiry or send the content you requested.

Analytics & tracking

We use Google Tag Manager and Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages visited, time on site, traffic sources. This data is aggregated and used to improve the site.

Why we collect it

Contact and newsletter data is collected with your consent. Analytics data is collected on the basis of legitimate business interest: understanding how the site is used to improve it.

Who we share it with

We share data with the following third-party services to operate the site:

  • Warmly: company-level visitor identification
  • Google: Tag Manager and analytics
  • Vercel: hosting and anonymous analytics
  • Resend: email delivery

We do not sell your data to any third party.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are kept until you request deletion. Analytics data is governed by each third party's retention policy. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. GDPR applies to EU and UK residents. CCPA applies to California residents. We do not sell personal data.
