Most of what gets written about GTM engineering assumes you want to build Clay waterfalls yourself. This is not that. This is what GTM engineering actually changes for marketing teams — the tools you touch, the reports you stop pulling, and what you get back.

GTM engineering is the practice of treating your outbound pipeline like a software system. An ICP filter defines who you target. Signals trigger outreach at the right moment.
